Go to http://www2.blogger.com
Select Create a blog.
You will have to use an email ID and select a password.
Select a title for your blog.
Complete the verification process and accept the terms of service.
Create your web address for your blog.
Choose a Template. There are a number of choices availabe. Later
on you will be able to modify it in different ways, but for now just select one that appeals
to you.
Once you have created your blog, you will need to modify some settings.
Refer to handout for BASIC settings. SAVE YOUR SETTINGS.
Under COMMENTS, select ONLY MEMBERS OF THIS BLOG are allowed to leave
comments. Also allow NEW POSTS HAVE COMMENTS.
Remember to SAVE SETTINGS
Under PERMISSIONS, invite your team members to comment on your blog by adding
their email addresses. An invitation will be sent to each members email.
After you have done all that, you will need to go to your email and respond to the invitations you've received by following the directions in the email. When asked if you want to create a new blog, ANSWER NO.
Remember to keep track of the email, password, and blog address you're using.

Getting started with blogging
Once you have created your basic blog with its template, then you will need to work with some of the settings to modify the look of your blog and to enable others in your working group to join.
